With this preset I was trying to get as close to film B&W as I could. Again the motive is the boat shed by the Kastrup Marina shrouded in the mist. I should probably find something with a little more punch potential to practice on 🙂

I know the feeling. Having a similar experience. Pushing at the things that seem hard.
I’ve always been like that 🙂 I usually don’t count my successes if they are not hard won. Which is why photography has come as a completely surprise to me – out of the blue only two years ago and it’s both easy and fun.
