Forum Romanum – my first meeting with history was seeing the cartoon “Asterix and Cleopatra” at age 8. The fascination has stayed with me ever since.

I grew up on Asterix & Obelix comic books. Such a fun way to learn more about ancient Rome. And so fun to see places like The Colosseum in real life.

In November last year I went to Rome with my family. I usually wait about six months before featuring the images here but in this case I had plain forgot. Working with the images now is a pleasure and a pain. A pain because I want to go back! 🙂
