Lo Østergaard, who owns The Royal Café, has decorated with an abundance of details. On the day I was there it was dark and dreary but inside the café the world took on a fairytale-like quality.
The Royal Café lies right off Strøget, the main pedestrian street, tugged in next to Royal Copenhagen. Last week I had the privilege to stay as long as I wanted and shoot to my heart’s content. Over the next two weeks I’ll be sharing pictures from that session.

I love this shot – the texture and the colors. Even though I adore spring, I feel grateful the leaves fall off allowing us to focus on the little details we otherwise miss.
