Okay, so it’s the end of summer and any day now we’ll wake up to crips, cool mornings filled with dew knowing the days will get ever shorter. I’ve dug into my store of blog-worthy images (in my opinion anyway) and put together a series of shots from this spring.
This first one you can wonder if it’s spring or fall but you can almost sense the power that is just about to break loose…

Did I mention my son and I visited ‘Din nye ven’ to eat cakes? It’s one thing we have in common. We love cakes. This blond and blue eyed decendant of the vikings is 12 years old. You mostly see his strawberry blond sister in my pictures but that’s because only a delicious cake can make him look like this on film.

‘Din nye ven’ means Your New Friend. It is the name of a café in the center of Copenhagen I accidentially visited with my son earlier this year. Fortunately I had brought my camera as I loved the quant interior. This particular shot was chosen for my English business cards almost on the spur of the moment. I just like it, can’t tell you why.
